On the 18th April, the lay community gathered at Bodhipala Monastery for our annual Tree planting day. Approximately 400 trees were planted and protected with mesh cages from the local hungry kangaroo population. On the day we were also remembering Southeast Asian New Year, the tree planting symbiotic of a new start to the new year.
The Sangha would like to express their Anumodana to all and hope that this new year brings success, happiness and growth in your lives.
